Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
Once your deposit is in, fill out our Google Registration Form to confirm your details and travel preferences.
Important: You must download, sign, and upload the Tour Waiver (located in the form).
Without this waiver, your tour cannot be confirmed.
Step 3: (For Citizenship Track Only) Prepare Your Documents
If you’re applying for Sierra Leonean citizenship, you’ll need to complete specific government requirements:
Citizenship Conferment Checklist:
- A formal letter of intent addressed to the Government of Sierra Leone
- Proof of Sierra Leonean ancestry via DNA test (23andMe, African Ancestry, CRI Genetics, or Ancestry.com)
- A live birth certificate and any name change documentation
- Bio-data page of your current passport
- Two notarized reference letters from respected community members
- Certified State & Federal Police Reports (to be verified at the Sierra Leone Embassy in DC)
- Pay the $600 processing fee, which covers:
- Heritage & Civic Education Workshop
- Passport & National ID
- Government administrative costs
- Be in Sierra Leone at least 5 days before the workshop for official processing
- Submit an official request for passport processing
- Take the Oath of Allegiance before a designated official
Remember: Bring ORIGINAL copies of all documents with you to Sierra Leone.

Once your paperwork and registration are complete, we’ll schedule a phone or Zoom call with you.
